Regular classes are held six days per week and are based on the CrossFit prescription of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement.  Each class delivers fitness that is designed to be broad, general, and inclusive.  In every workout, you will be presented with new fitness challenges and an ever-changing stimulus by incorporating many different activities and skills, such as skipping, rowing, running, Olympic weight lifting, gymnastics, dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, box jumps, rope climbs, tire flips, body weight movements, muscle ups, and more!

Each workout is designed to push athletes to complete functional movements at high intensity. Each class will start with a proper warm-up and skills instruction, followed by the workout.

Open gym format is for our athletes (sorry no drop-in’s allowed) who prove to have the ability to safely lift on their own. Approved athletes may lift during scheduled open times and receive feedback from a coach. No coach led WOD at these times. These sessions count as a class for athletes on the 2x a week membership. Punch cards may also be used towards these sessions.


 

 

 

 

This class is designed and programmed for athletes that aspire to compete in the 2013 CrossFit Games. Our ultimate goal is to send a Physics team to regionals next year.

The focus of these 1 1/2 hour long sessions will change throughout the season and will allow our athletes to peak for the Crossfit Games Open and the Regionals. We will incorporate Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Muscle Building Complexes, Advanced Gymnastics, and eventually Endurance work in an effort to prepare our team for the ultimate test of fitness, the Games.
